Refund and Order Fulfilment Policy
Refund Requests

Customers must notify us of any refund request within 24 hours of receiving their goods.

All refund requests must include a clear photograph of the product or products concerned, showing the issue for which the refund is being requested.

Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted. Once this period has passed, we cannot take responsibility for the condition, handling or storage of the goods.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed based on the information and photographs provided.

Minimum Order Requirements for Delivery

Minimum order values are determined by the delivery distance from Craigieburn, Victoria 3064.

For deliveries located up to and including 40 km from Craigieburn, a minimum order value of $69.99 applies.

For deliveries located more than 40 km and up to 60 km from Craigieburn, a minimum order value of $120 applies.

For deliveries located more than 60 km and up to 80 km from Craigieburn, a minimum order value of $180 applies.

Orders that do not meet the applicable minimum order value may not be eligible for delivery.
