Feathers Tale Village is dedicated to the care of children with special needs and disabilities. There are currently 65 children at Feathers Tale with conditions such as; Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus, Spina Bifida and other developmental issues. They employ more than 10 single mothers, who are trained in caring for children with special needs. These wonderful women help care for those children that do not have a parent to care for them.
