Membership Agreement

Dielectric Organics is a project of a private members association providing access to certified organic produce, groceries, and community events to its members.

Privacy Assurance:

Your privacy is a priority for Dielectric Organics.

Your personal details are solely for internal use to maintain the integrity of our community.

Membership:

Membership begins with the creation of your account and agreeing to this Member Agreement, with a yearly renewal and is established for a minimum duration of twelve months.

A Membership provides full access to our online shop, access to workshops, community events & many other exciting ventures to come.

If you wish to resign your Membership at the end of this twelve-month period, please notify us in writing.

Upon resignation, access to all resources, gatherings, and community benefits will be suspended until such time as you may choose to re-join.

Mutual Commitment to Do No Harm, Cause No Loss:

Dielectric Organics is committed to the principle of ‘Do No Harm, Cause No Loss, and expects the same from its members. This mutual understanding ensures that our interactions and transactions are conducted in a manner that is fair, ethical, and respectful, whilst maintain honour and integrity at all times. We aim to operate in a way that prevents harm or loss to our members, team, stakeholders, or the wider community.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

1. Refund Policy for Produce Orders: Dielectric Organics must be notified of all prospective refunds within 24 hours of receipt. if you fail to notify Dielectric Organics within 24 hours of receipt of goods, no refund will be applied.

2. Payment Terms: To give you the best service possible and respect our time and yours; payment is required to be made within 24 hours from the receipt of your final invoice via email and confirmed by emailing the payment receipt. Once you email your payment receipt this confirms your payment has been made.

Acknowledgment & Agreement:

By finalising your Membership payment, you:

· Affirm your comprehension and acceptance of the terms.

· Agree to the terms of membership and the procedures outlined herein.

· Recognize that your membership signifies a conscious choice to live in harmony with Dielectric Organic values.

Your membership at Dielectric Organics represents a conscious choice to participate in a supportive, respectful, and confidential community. By finalizing your membership payment, you commit to our collective journey of intentional living. Please note that adherence to these policies ensures a smoother operation and allows us to better serve all our members.
